The video concerns itself with the explanation of Cybernetics as well as the introduction of Norbert Wiener who coined the term.
Most perspectives of the interviewes are in purpose of making clear what is talked about. They are used more as a narrative device. There is no critism made of Cybernetics itself. Rather that society has shifted its perspective away from the science.
Critism in this video is rather against big corporations like Google, Amazon etc. who do not actively make our lives better but act in their own interest.

(Clams is a collection of kinetic sound sculptures which convert data from water quality sensors into sounds and movement. Each ‘clam’ is constructed from recycled waste plastic and contains a speaker. The continuously evolving microtonal soundscape gives each shell a subtle, life-like opening and closing action. Real-time readings from an industry-standard water purity sensor placed in the river, lake or sea of the cities where the artwork is presented, form the basis for the music, which is generated through a constantly shifting process based on water quality levels over time.)

Algorithms of Opression

A reflection of systematic racist and redlining happens also online. Especially with the appearing of AI these oppresive systems show how problematic they can be.
The author SAFIYA UMOJA NOBLE
black identities are co-opted and commercialized. Author has history in marketing and catering to BPOC people. Helping brands broaden their horizon without falling into stereotypes.
Since an incident where they googled black girl, and faced with pornographic results I think their approach became much more about structurely dismantling the systems of sorting information and how they impact minorities.

In the text the imagery of the interaction of plants and AI are further solidified. Expanding beyond what the view may perceive.
The perspective is one of non-capitalism. Expanding on the concept of play having no specific aim or purpose. Given the arstist quote in the beginning it could also relate to queer bodies or marginalized bodies in general.
The tone is very philophical, bloomy alomst. Aiming rather to relate to feeling than to facts. Which concludes also maybe that the intent of this artwork to not focus on scientific specifics but to share an emotion.

Personally I really like this way of relating myself to technology. With resources being sparse and tech cooparations being untransparent tech-giants this perspective seems surprising. This could of course also be a crtitique.

Risographed on cheap non-archival, non-acid-free newsprint, Rude with its modest print run of 200 (signed) copies, contributed its minor share to the landfills. Originally disseminated in landfills with its delicate copies covered under tonnes of debris, Luoyang invited readers to search for it by practising targeted digging, and other methods at the margins of grassroots archaeology. Zou Luoyang’s project can be understood as an exercise in accelerating a book’s life cycle, displacing the reader from his comfort zone to a participatory psychogeographic exploration of suburban dumping grounds. Rude, more than a pungent comment on how human labour, (and here Luoyang will have unequivocally referred to the comics industry) always turns to waste, stratified in multiple temporal scales, waiting to be managed towards efficient disintegration, has the merit to acknowledge the energising potential of trash. Rather than defining the benign side of disintegrating matter, for example, biological waste containing macronutrients for land fertilisation, Luoyang claims for an unapologetic cultural production of toxicity.

As described on Beauclair's website, Photon is a narrative experience where the reader enters the optical apparatus through a variety of filters and prisms. Once the end is reached, the reader flips the book only to do the reading in the other direction, and much like a photon she travels back in time. Photon is a beautifully printed visual poem that highlights time and the reading experience as relative quantities.
